Refunds / Replacement We will refund or replace the product in the following conditions

• Wrong Product shipped by us. • The product received is defective. • In case of a Wrong Product or a defective product is received you will have to report us by raising a support ticket at our email info@stre.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please make sure that you provide us with package opening videos and pictures as and when requested. • No refund or replacement shall be done without package opening videos and pictures. Amount to be refunded • If you receive one or more wrong product or defective product in bulk order, we will refund only product value, no shipping charges will be refunded. • If you receive the entire shipment as wrong or defective, we will refund your product value as well as shipping charges. Mode of Refund • We will process a refund in the same mode of payment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
